Located in Albany, we serve all the offices of the Public Employee Federation (PEF) and its members through our Internet access and telephone systems. Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Our 24-hour telephone network allows you to leave messages and requests 7 days a week. You can also go to the Reservation Request Form and fill in the data. A member of the PEF Travel staff will call you or send you the material you requested.
